This boneless item consists of semimembranosus, sartorius, adductor, gracilis, and pectineus and is separated from the bottom round and knuckle throught the natural seams.  The iliopsoas may remain if firmly attached.  All bones, cartilages and exposed lympth glands shall be removed.  Purchasers may request that this item be further trimmed.  Purchasers may also request that the item be split into smaller pieces as well as netted or tied if so desired.
