Skillet Potatoes
Try these on your "meat and potatoes" lover.
 
Cook: 30-45 minutes
Servings: Serves 4-6

2 lbs. small red potatoes
4 Tbsp. butter
1-2 Tbsp. minced garlic

 
Skillet Potatoes
 
Cover the uncut potatoes in water and boil for 15-30 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
Melt the butter in a large heavy skillet and add the minced garlic.
Cut the potatoes in half and add to the skillet cut side down in a single layer.
Continue to saute without stirring until bottoms of potatoes are crisp and browned.
