Ranch-Style Sirloin & Vegetable Kabobs
A meal that looks as wonderful as it tastes.
 
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 15 minutes
Servings: Serves 4

1 lb. boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 1-inch thick
1 packet (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium green or red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium yellow squash or zuchini, halved lengthwise, sliced crosswise 3/4-inch pieces
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

 
Ranch-Style Sirloin & Vegetable Kabobs
 
In a small bowl, combine dressing mix, water and oil mix well.
Cut steak into 1-1/4 cubes. Alternately thread beef and vegetables onto four 12-inch metal skewers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush kabobs with dressing mixture.
Place kabobs on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, approximately 10 - 12 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
