Perini Ranch Horseradish Sauce
Chef Tom Perini's perfect addition to Ranch Roasted Ribeye.
 

2 ounces prepared horseradish
8 ounces sour cream
1 tsp. fresh parsely, finely chopped

 
Perini Ranch Horseradish Sauce
 
Mix horseradish and sour cream.
Refrigerate immediately.
Garnish with parsley before serving.
