Caribbean Jerk Beef Steak

Refrigerate: 30 minutes to 4 hours

lbs. sirloin steak |
| 3/4 |
cup bottled Italian dressing |
| 1 |
Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 |
Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar |
| 1 |
jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped |
| 1 |
tsp. ground allspice |

Combine all ingredients, except steak. Place steak in sealable plastic bag. Add 1/2 cup marinade, seal, and refrigerate 30 minutes to 4 hours, turning accasionally. Refrigerate remaining marinade in separate container. |

Remove steak from marinade (and discard marinade). Grill over medium-high coals, brushing often with reserved marinade, until steak reaches 140°F internal temperature for medium-rare, or to desired doneness, approximately 16-18 minutes. |

Remove steak from grill and slice into 1/4 to 1/2 inch slices. |
