Cream Gravy
Great with just about anything - a "requirement" for Chicken Fried Steak!
 

4 tsp. oil or drippings from skillet
4 Tbsp. flour
2-1/2 cups milk
-- salt
-- black pepper

 
Cream Gravy
 
Over medium heat, whisk in 4 Tbsp. flour.
Slowly add milk, stirring continuously.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
